How To Link Your MTN SIM Card With Your Ghana Card Online Without Visiting Any Agent

With the SIM Card Registration Deadline due on Sunday, 31st July 2022, many telecommunication networks in Ghana are trying to help their users to register their Sims before Sunday.

One of the popular telcos in Ghana, MTN has launched an online app to help users register their SIMs at the comfort of their homes.
You can link your MTN SIM Card with your Ghana Card by using the link below.

IF you’re registering a number in a WiFi device such as a TurboNet, elect to receive the OTP on another number (that is not on the SIM in the device).

1.Visit https://simregistrationportal.mtn.com.gh/

2. Click and tick the box to accept MTN terms of service and proceed.

. Proceed and key in your number.

4. Click on OTP verification, a code will be sent to you via SMS to the number you provided.

5. Enter the code and click next. Fill in the details required on the page

6. Upload your Ghana Card soft copy

7. Upload a photo of you holding the Ghana Card.

Afterwards, a message will be sent to you that you have successfully linked your Ghana Card to your MTN SIM.

Telecommunication giant, MTN Ghana has initiated a strategy to re-register millions of its customers as the SIM registration exercise draws to a close at the end of July 2022.

The initiative includes community activations, town

 and market storms, bus terminal activation and door-to-door activations. The online portal is also another way.
